Numata Recognised Among the World's Leading Managed Service Providers

June 25, 2026: Numata, a leading global business technology services and solutions provider for SMEs, has been recognised as one of the world’s top-performing managed service Providers (MSPs) in the prestigious 2026 Channel Partners MSP 501 rankings.

This annual technology industry benchmark ranks companies according to metrics such as above industry average revenue growth, recurring revenue, high-margin services and innovation. Inclusion in the 2026 rankings continues a track record of recognition for Numata dating back to 2013.

The MSP 501 is a list of technology service providers delivering outstanding vendor and platform neutral services to small, midsized and enterprise customers. Winners will be recognised on the Channel Partners and Channel Futures websites and honoured during a special ceremony at MSP Summit, September 28-30 in Florida in the US.

"From humble beginnings in 2004, Numata has grown into a global managed services provider trusted by businesses worldwide. What has remained constant throughout our journey is the belief that technology should serve business strategy, not the other way around," said Jakobus Koorts, Chief Executive Officer of Numata.

“By understanding the challenges facing organisations in different regions, we deliver practical, enterprise-grade solutions that help clients operate more efficiently, manage risk and unlock growth. Being recognised among the world's leading IT service providers in this list multiple times over the past 12 years reflects the trust our clients place in us every day.”

MSPs worldwide have been invited to submit applications for inclusion on the definitive MSP 501 list for the past 19 years. The survey uses a quantitative methodology to rank companies based on their annual revenue, profitability measured by EBITDA and recurring revenue. The methodology was developed by a who’s-who in the managed services industry.

“The MSP 501 is more than a ranking – it’s a reflection of the innovation, operational excellence, and customer-first mindset that drives the world’s top managed service providers forward. Earning a place on this list signals to customers, partners, and the broader tech community that these MSPs are setting the pace for the industry and defining what success looks like in today’s complex technology landscape,” said Robert DeMarzo, Sr. Director of Informa Channels events and digital content.

MSPs that qualify for the list must pass a rigorous review conducted by the Channel Partners research team and editors. Channel Partners ranks applicants using an approach that weighs financial performance against long-term health and viability, commitment to recurring revenue and operational efficiency.

The Channel Partners MSP 501 list is based on confidential data collected and analysed by the Channel Partners research and content teams who work closely with a wide range of industry experts to ensure the most pertinent data on managed services performance is collected. Companies are asked to provide their actual calendar 2025 financials or fiscal equivalents.

The average revenue per MSP 501 is $29.4 million with an average recurring revenue of $16 million. These are truly the best of the best. Many of their services and offerings focus on customer needs in the areas of AI, cloud, security, collaboration, networking, help desk and remote monitoring and management.
